Wings Infonet Private Limited is a software products company based out of Hyderabad, India.

Wings was formed in 1992 and has been selling software products to businesses of all sizes worldwide.

Wings was the first accounting software product that went on to become extremely popular and acquired a wide user base. It is now in its 22nd version as Wings Books.

Wings is a range of world class software products on cutting edge technology and a deep understanding of business needs. This includes a suite of ERP products for different verticals.

Wings has been sold to over 50000 businesses in over 25 countries worldwide. Wings users include the finest companies in India and abroad. Wings has received several awards, over several years.

Management

The Wings team is 250+ strong spread across various functions and cities. Wings is managed by a team of professional managers. The Board of Directors consists of accomplished individuals.

LATE SHRI AJAY GANDHI (1956-2021)

Ajay began his career as a Chartered Accountant in 1978, earning his degree alongside a law degree from Osmania University in 1979. That same year, he co-founded Gandhi & Gandhi with his brother, Kamlesh Gandhi.

As an early adopter of technology, Ajay was among the first in India to embrace computers and the internet, which led to the creation of Wings, in 1990, although officially registered in 1992.

Ajay co-founded Manthan in 2005. Manthan has organized over 400 talks featuring some of the world's most renowned thinkers, often held under a large banyan tree, fostering a relaxed and intellectual environment.

Ajay was also a pivotal figure in establishing the Hyderabad Literary Festival (HLF), which has gained national recognition for its unique, informal, and welcoming atmosphere.

SHRI KAMLESH GANDHI

Born in Hyderabad in 1960, Kamlesh Gandhi is the visionary behind the company. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Osmania University and later qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Kamlesh cofounded Gandhi & Gandhi, a Chartered Accountants firm, in Hyderabad, India.

Throughout his career, Kamlesh spearheaded the company's technological advancements until his retirement in 2021. He played a key role in the development of all the company's products.

Kamlesh's diverse expertise in commerce, law, accountancy, and technology has been crucial to the success of Wings products.

SUDHEER SATYAPAL

Born in Hyderabad in 1976, Sudheer Satyapal has been the CEO of the company since 2022. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Nizam College and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001.

Sudheer joined Wings as a Business Analyst in 2001 and steadily advanced through the company's ranks. As Vice President of Development, he was instrumental in leading the creation of the ERP suite of products.

He also spearheaded numerous ERP suite implementations with large clients, leveraging his extensive on-the-ground experience to enhance the product.

Sudheer's broad expertise in commerce, law, accountancy, and technology has been vital to the success of Wings products.

SESHU RANGA RAO

Born in Hyderabad in 1966, Seshu Ranga Rao is the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022.

He completed his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Osmania University in 1990 and did Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from Avanthi College, Hyderabad in 1992.

Seshu joined the company in 1994 as a Sales Executive and gradually rose through the ranks in the company.

As the Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Seshu has been instrumental in creating and expanding markets for the company across India and the middle east.
